Per’s small but heartwarming Party Crasher Tour around Europe in the spring was followed by the huge and glorious Rox comeback at the Night of the Proms. Thanks everyone for your support (appreciated!) and for those loud voices in the front row (interesting!). Also, we started recording a new Rox-album on the road. So far so good but there are, of course, lots more to be done. And for next year we have even more mighty plans. Will let you know what’s goin’ on in Roxville before long. We managed to deliver a good-looking RoxBox as well as 2 new songs (btw, you have to check out the new remixes of Reveal... very cool if you ask us...) and a few TV-shows to go with that. 2007? Well, who knows. Marie is talking about more art exhibitions and more exciting solo stuff, Per isn’t talking at all at the moment (he wants to go xmas shopping, the taxi’s waiting...) but knowing him some raunchy urban x-rated hip-hop music isn’t far away! | There are no plans for a Roxette tour within a forseeable future. However, as a celebration of Roxette's 20th anniversary Swedish radio P3 will broadcast one of the last Roxette-concerts. The recording of this concert took place at Globen Arena in connection with the Room Service tour 2001 and P3 will broadcast the concert on October 20th at 21.03. |

| "Listen to Your Heart," written by Per Gessle and Mats Persson, and published by Jimmy Fun Music (all STIM), was named Song of the Year and received one of the organization's highest accolades, the Robert S. Musel Award. Recorded by Belgium-based duo D.H.T., the song was originally a No. 1 hit for Roxette in 1989 and received the BMI Dance Award at last years ceremony. As previously stated Roxette will pre-record a performance for the Bravo gala in Hamburg on the 21st of October. However, they will also make a live appearance on stage at the actual event on the 21st. |
